In 2019, a new generation of architects is bringing their visions of the future to the streets, and we’re taking a look at some of the most exciting developments to hit the industry in the coming years.
New York City’s New World Apartment Building (NWA) is a world-class apartment complex that is currently under construction in the Bronx, and the project has already garnered worldwide attention for its futuristic design and futuristic housing.
The NWA will be a 20-story skyscraper that is set to rise in the heart of Manhattan, but the project is not just about the massive structure itself.
The project, which is being built by The Grosvenor Group, will feature an 80,000-square-foot (23,500-square meter) tower with an indoor/outdoor amenity space, outdoor pool and tennis courts.
In addition, a “super-luxury” hotel will be built on the site that will offer amenities like a rooftop terrace, indoor and outdoor pools, and an indoor-outdoor “green zone” with a fitness center and bar.
The Grosvion Group also plans to construct a brand-new mixed-use development that will include more than 100 residential units and two-level commercial spaces.
The project will also feature a large “green space” that will serve as a plaza, which will provide green space for pedestrians and cyclists to walk, and a “high-tech” “green” space, which the Grosvin Group is building to serve as “an interactive green space.”
The project is set for completion by 2022, and it will include a residential tower that will be located just off Broadway, and will include approximately 1,000 units, according to the project’s website.
The apartment complex is expected to cost between $2.7 billion and $2 billion, and according to The New York Times, it will also include a number of luxury amenities.
The developers plan to build approximately 875 apartments in the project, including a 20,000 square foot tower, which they will reportedly be selling for $2,700 per square foot.
The developers have already raised $15 million for the project through a crowdfunding campaign, and they are expected to break ground on the project sometime in 2019.
The New World apartment complex has been built in New York City for a total of 12 years, and is expected not to be completed for another year.
New Orleans’ New World Park is a huge park that is scheduled to open in 2019, and in addition to a variety of parks and recreation, the park will also contain a high-tech “greenway,” which will include bike lanes and other amenities.
In a recent video, The Gresham Group, a New York-based architectural firm, released renderings of the park, which it says will be the largest greenway in the world.
The New World project will include an indoor and outdoors swimming pool, fitness center, and bar, and several other amenities, including an outdoor amphitheater.
According to The Times, the developers are hoping to break even by 2020.
The park will be divided into a series of different areas, including “Green,” “Yellow,” and “Red,” with a total capacity of about 50,000 people, and there will also be a “green wall” along the park’s perimeter that will provide privacy for those living there.
In its website, the Gresbuh Group says the park is planned to provide “a new way of life to many people in the city.”
The park is scheduled for completion in 2021, and The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports that it will be open to the public until 2022.
New York’s Central Park will also see a new residential tower in the area, which has been in development for several years.
According to the developers, the Central Park project will feature 1,400 units, and that it is planned for completion “in 2019.”
The tower will include the largest indoor pool in the country, and its construction will begin “in 2021,” according to a statement from the developers.
In the same statement, the developer said that it expects the building to be open by 2021, although there will be some changes that may impact the building’s timetable.

In New Jersey, the Greenfield Park is being developed by the firm Rydges, and also includes a “Super Green” amenity area.
