The Montreal Canadiens have officially unveiled their 2017-2018 home schedule.
The Canadiens will open the season at the Bell Centre on Jan. 2 against the Boston Bruins at 8:30 p.m.
ET on ESPN2.
The home opener will also be streamed live on the Canadiens website, as well as via the team’s official Facebook page.
The team has not released a release date for the opening night home opener, but the Canadiens are expecting the game to be a huge boost for fans.
The Habs are slated to play a four-game road trip through February that includes three home games against the Philadelphia Flyers, the Tampa Bay Lightning and the New York Rangers.
The game against the Rangers will be the first of three contests against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
The Canadiens are also slated to visit the Boston Celtics at TD Garden on Feb. 14.
The Bruins have played six games against Montreal in 2017-06.
They are expected to host the Canadiens at Bell Centre again on Saturday, Feb. 21, at 7:00 p.e.m., and will be looking to build on a 5-0-1 record against the Canadiens this season.
The next game against Montreal will take place on March 4, when the Canadiens host the Toronto Maple Leafs at 7 p.d.
The Montreal Canadiens and Boston Bruins will play seven consecutive games, starting with the home opener on March 3 against the Toronto Marlies at 8 p.r.m./ET.
